What you'll build

Use InfiniSynapse to ship an app a real small business could open and use. It needs a data path — inputs in, a decision or next action out — not a demo with no data behind it.

Build directions

  • Replenishment desk

    A store view that flags SKUs at risk of stocking out and suggests what to reorder first.

  • Course operations

    A school or training view that shows which classes are losing learners and who should be contacted next.

  • Operator growth

    A small-team view that compares channels by conversion or retention and points to the next action worth taking.

These are directions for what to build. They are not customer case studies, and they do not promise a product capability beyond the public docs.

Tracks

Six tracks. Each one names a user, the data the decision needs, the action the app should recommend, and what a demo has to show. Open Industry is for a loop the other five do not cover.

Education

Who it's for
Schools and training providers who cannot see learner engagement, course results, or how seats and tutors are used.
Data it needs
Enrollment, attendance or completion, the course list, and assessment results. Use data you are allowed to use, or a clearly labeled synthetic set.
Decision or action
Where to intervene, which course to change, or how to assign people and seats.
What to demo
A runnable app that turns those inputs into one recommended next action.

Which courses lose learners before they finish?
Input
A roster with attendance and completion fields.
App output
Courses ordered by drop-off, plus a suggested follow-up for the worst ones.

Retail & Replenishment

Who it's for
Store operators deciding when to reorder and which items matter first.
Data it needs
On-hand inventory, recent sales, and supplier lead time.
Decision or action
Reorder now, wait, or raise the priority of a SKU.
What to demo
A short reorder list a buyer could act on.

Hit-product Analysis

Who it's for
Merchandisers who need the reason a product is selling, not only a bestseller list.
Data it needs
Sales over time, category, and price or promotion flags you are allowed to use.
Decision or action
What to restock, feature, or watch.
What to demo
A trend read tied to one action, not a ranking on its own.

SMB Operations

Who it's for
Operators of a small business whose sales, costs, and orders live in separate places.
Data it needs
Orders, costs, and sales for the same period.
Decision or action
The next operational move those numbers support.
What to demo
A short action list, each item tied back to a figure.

Growth for Operators

Who it's for
A small team that cannot see which channel, conversion step, or retention pattern is worth their time.
Data it needs
Leads or visits by channel, conversion events, and repeat activity.
Decision or action
The action with more value than the alternatives.
What to demo
One recommended focus, with the metric behind it.

Which channel should we spend the next week on?
Input
Channel, visits or leads, and conversions.
App output
A ranked focus and the conversion gap that justifies it.

Open Industry

Who it's for
Any operator you can name, in a setting the other tracks do not cover.
Data it needs
The business data that decision needs. Define the user, the data, the analysis, and the action.
Decision or action
A concrete next step that person can take.
What to demo
The loop, closed: user, data, analysis, action.

Input
The dataset that decision actually uses.
