Acceptance
By using infinisynapse.com, creating an account, or starting a product trial, you agree to these terms. If you use InfiniSynapse for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
The website and the product
The marketing site describes InfiniSynapse, an AI-native Data Agent for analyzing databases and documents. Paid, private, or on-premises deployments are governed by the order form or agreement you sign with us. Those commercial terms control if they conflict with this page.
Accounts and trial credit
You are responsible for the accuracy of the identity you use to sign in and for activity under that account. Trial credit, if offered, is promotional, may change, and does not create a commitment to future pricing or features.
Your data and acceptable use
You retain rights to data you connect or upload. Do not use the service to violate law, to attempt unauthorized access, or to submit content you do not have the right to process. You must not introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the service.
Research and comparison pages
Blog, tool, and research pages follow our publishing principles. InfiniSynapse is a commercial vendor. Comparisons that include our product disclose that conflict. Scores and fixtures on those pages are not a warranty of results in your environment.
Disclaimer
The website and trial are provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that analysis output is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, InfiniSynapse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or trial.
