What this page covers

This policy describes information handled on the InfiniSynapse marketing website (infinisynapse.com) and when you create an account to use the product. It is not a customer data-processing agreement. If you connect your own databases in the product, those contents stay under your deployment and access controls.

Information we collect

  • Account identity. Email address or SSO identity (GitHub or Google) when you sign in.
  • Website analytics. Google Analytics records page views, approximate location, and device type on this site.
  • Contact and demo requests. Name, email, and the message you send when you email us or book a demo.
  • Local preferences. Language choice stored in the browser.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • Customer database contents connected in the product are not used to train public models.
  • Public research pages use published synthetic fixtures. Customer schemas do not appear on this website. See editorial standards.

Cookies and similar storage

The site uses a session cookie for sign-in, browser storage for language preference, and Google Analytics cookies for aggregate traffic measurement.

Requests

To ask what account data we hold, or to request deletion of a marketing-site account record, email zhuhl@infinisynapse.com. Enterprise processing terms for a paid deployment are handled in that contract, not on this page.
