Contract intelligence is the operating capability that turns agreements and related records into structured, searchable, traceable information for business action. It connects the authoritative document with parties, entities, products, value, term, renewals, notices, obligations, rights, risks, amendments, owners, evidence, and events. The aim is not to replace the contract; it is to make the contract population usable without losing the source.
