4. Confirm Q3 and Q4 are `REJECTED AS UNSUPPORTED` and no row is `selected=yes`.
5. Confirm the accepted note forbids blocking chat and a browser-held key.
6. Run `python3 verify-EADA-20260831.py` with no network and no database client.
7. Record Python version, OS, hashes, and the exact HOLD line.
8. If you later obtain a live key, task id, or opened SQL match, treat this replay as superseded.

A second internal rerun shows repeatability, not independence.
