# Independent reproduction protocol WCA-20260831

## Purpose

This protocol lets an unaffiliated analyst test the published artifact checks without accepting InfiniSynapse’s interpretation. It is not itself an independent report.

## Materials

- Published desk log `ADR-WCA-20260825`
- Aggregate CSV `aggregate-ADR-WCA-20260825.csv`
- Verification script `verify-ADR-WCA-20260825.py`
- A separately obtained pair of authorized datasets or public extracts with one documented definition conflict

Do not request or publish the private sanitized composite behind the first-party desk run. Use public data or data you are authorized to inspect.

## Procedure

1. Declare identity, affiliation, conflicts of interest, retrieval date, source versions, and file hashes.
2. Write the decision, grain, inclusion rules, clocks, and stop condition before inspecting the result.
3. Run a force-one-number control and score: missing grain named, both filters opened, handoff file kept.
4. Run a handoff pass, retaining both source slices, filters, calculations, and the missing-object sentence.
5. Have a second reviewer recalculate the disputed subtotal without reading the narrative conclusion.
6. Publish methods, results, failed runs, limitations, and enough non-sensitive artifacts for another reviewer to inspect.

## Acceptance criteria

An independent report must be authored outside InfiniSynapse, disclose conflicts, identify the source versions, reproduce its own arithmetic, and state whether the three artifact checks agree with or contradict the page. Reusing this wording or merely running the CSV verification script does not count.
