## What this file is

A downloadable record of two passes on one Monday late-ship trail. The first pass said the sentence out loud and kept only a chat bubble. The second wrote the sentence, opened the trail, and named the stop. It is **not** a named-logo customer case, a vendor bake-off, or a Wikipedia / Gartner / Stanford / McKinsey / NIST / OWASP experiment.

## Four-step method (reproducible)

1. Bind a late-ship grain on a sanitized Sunday WMS export plus a one-page note (scanned after the promised hour, same carrier). Sanitize first.
2. Accept the chat-bubble pass as the control. Score three checks: sentence written, trail opened, stop named.
3. Walk the same goal as objects: decision → filter → two week tables → file → stop rule. Score the same three checks.
4. Keep both artifacts side by side. Stop if two of the three checks fail.

## Source and goal

| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Sources | Sanitized Sunday WMS export, about 1,120 ship lines across two complete weeks, plus a one-page note that locked late ship (scanned after the promised hour, same carrier) |
| Standing question | Which dock drove the late-ship spike this week versus last week, same carrier filter, on the WMS export we already send on Sundays |
| Contrast | Chat bubble only vs sentence + trail + stop |

## Results

| Retrieval state | Sentence written | Trail opened | Stop named |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chat bubble only | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Sentence + trail + stop | 1 | 1 | 1 |

Late ships on this run: 61 (last week) vs 92 (this week). Dock 3 contributed 24 of the increase. Marketplace returns were not in this WMS file. The lead kept the file instead of the chat.

Wall-clock for the successful pass: about 5 minutes (warehouse time excluded). The clock started when the operator wrote the standing sentence and ended when the restated grain, the filter list, and the file sat in one folder.
