## What this file is

A downloadable record of three hallway meanings of “active store” versus five signed pages a new hire replayed from a clean seat. ## Four-step method (reproducible)

1. Name five contested terms. Write one page each. Get a public signer.
2. Bind the pack to the authorized source those terms describe.
3. Run one standing goal. Keep the week-one folder in `/tasks`.
4. Hand the same goal to a new hire. Compare folders. Do not ask for the original SQL.

Wall-clock for the successful new-hire rerun: 9 minutes (warehouse time excluded). The clock started when the new hire opened the standing goal and ended when both folders sat side by side with the featured queries open.
