## What this file is

A downloadable record of the June-pack versus fresh-guess replay. It documents the six-step method, input boundary, 24.0 → 18.5 result, and artifact inventory. The companion [aggregate CSV](https://infinisynapse.com/blog-media/upload-analysis-reports-as-context/downloads/aggregate-KB-REPORT-JUNE-20260822.csv) contains only the published aggregate rows—not the 15,200-row extract. The companion [verify script](https://infinisynapse.com/blog-media/upload-analysis-reports-as-context/downloads/verify-KB-REPORT-JUNE-20260822.py) checks those published rows only. No independent reproduction was known as of 2026-08-28.

## Six-step method (reproducible)

1. Pick one source you are authorized to read. Prefer a replica or sanitized extract.
2. Choose one signed, dated report. Refuse the draft folder.
3. Upload the report, then bind it to that source. Binding is a separate click from upload.
4. Ask a new goal (this period’s rows, last period’s rule).
5. Inspect the artifacts and confirm the retrieved footnote plus the new count.
6. Ask a related goal next week. A successful replay keeps the same exclusion.

## Source and goal

| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Source | Sanitized 15,200-row orders extract the desk is authorized to read |
| Source grain | One row per sanitized order |
| Source version | Fixed desk extract dated 2026-08-22 |
| Prior | June signed finance pack: marketplace fees excluded from contribution |
| Prior metadata | Sanitized composite; owner: InfiniSynapse Data Team; approval state: signed; content hash and original binary are not published |
| Bind mapping | June signed finance pack ↔ named orders extract |
| Retrieval configuration | Bound-pack retrieval; configuration values not published |
| No-prior baseline | Same goal and source with no signed prior bound |
| Goal asked twice | “What is July contribution?” |

## Results

| Retrieval state | Invoice−COGS margin | Fee-excluded contribution | July rerun uses June pack |
|---|---|---|---|
| No signed prior | 24.0 | 24.0 | 0 |
| June pack as context | 18.5 | 18.5 | 1 |

Nothing in the database changed between the two July runs. The bound prior changed which rule was allowed.

## Task artifacts

| Retrieval state | SQL | Memo | Chart | CSV | June footnote cited |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| No signed prior | 1 | 0 | 1 | 0 | No |
| June pack as context | 1 | 1 | 2 | 1 | Yes |

Wall-clock for the bound rerun: 11 minutes (warehouse time excluded).

## Minimum disclosure for independent replication

Disclose source grain, row count, and version; signed-report hash, version, date, and owner; exclusion rule; bind mapping; retrieval configuration; query, SQL, and retrieved passage; the no-prior baseline; all outputs and failures; run time; and commercial conflicts of interest. Publish confirming and conflicting results.

## What you may cite

- Grain, 24.0 → 18.5, June-pack flag 0 → 1, artifact counts 1 / 1 / 2 / 1, June footnote cited No → Yes, run ID, ~11 min wall-clock

## What you may not claim

- Customer uplift, named-logo case, independent benchmark, certification, raw dataset, official EEAT score, or external validation
