## What this file is

A downloadable record of three hallway meanings of “active store” versus one signed ops page replayed from a clean seat. Companions: [aggregate CSV](https://infinisynapse.com/blog-media/tribal-knowledge/downloads/aggregate-OAM-TRIBAL-20260822.csv) and [verify script](https://infinisynapse.com/blog-media/tribal-knowledge/downloads/verify-OAM-TRIBAL-20260822.py). It is **not** a named-logo customer case, a vendor bake-off, or an ICH / HL7 / DICOM / IHE / Gartner experiment.

## Four-step method (reproducible)

1. Capture the hallway sentence. Name the speaker and the fight.
2. Write official meaning, aliases, grain, and exclusions. Get a public signer.
3. Bind the page to the authorized source that sentence describes.
4. Replay last week from a clean seat. Compare folders. Do not call the speaker.

## Source and goal

| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Sources | Read-only replica + one sanitized “active store” page |
| Standing goal | Same KPI pack, last complete week, ops meaning of “active store” |
| Contrast | Hallway only vs signed replay |

## Results

| Retrieval state | Hallway speaker required | Signed page bound | Week-2 language held |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hallway only | 1 | 0 | 0 |
| Signed replay | 0 | 1 | 1 |

Wall-clock for the successful week-two rerun: 11 minutes (warehouse time excluded). The clock started when the second person opened the standing goal and ended when both folders sat side by side with the featured queries open.

## What you may cite

- Artifact counts 1/0/0 → 0/1/1, ~11 min wall-clock, run ID

## What you may not claim

- Customer speedup %, a 40% shorter leave week, official EEAT score, named-logo case, or that ICH / HL7 / Gartner / WAIC scored this run

## Validation boundary

No independent third-party, media, or customer reproduction was known as of 2026-08-29. Reproduction requires definition, source, retrieval, query, run, artifact, hallway-baseline, signed-replay, privacy, retention, timing, and conflict-of-interest disclosures.
