2. Freeze both files and hashes, goal, schema, view, filters, window, reopen rule, SLA clock, CSAT lag, theme taxonomy, exclusions, and query.
3. Test schema and filter drift, duplicate tickets, denominator changes, date boundaries, missingness, taxonomy changes, and sensitivity.
4. Publish de-identified data or sufficient statistics, query/code, hashes, amendments, failures, privacy review, and limitations.
5. Mark the comparison non-comparable whenever any frozen element changes without a bridged restatement.
