1. Disclose identity, affiliation, compensation, conflicts, data rights, helpdesk context, and staffing authority.
2. Freeze ticket grain, export filters, timezone, queue map, reopen rule, SLA clock, CSAT survey and lag, and text-sanitization policy.
3. Test duplicates, status exclusions, reopened-ticket linkage, aged-ticket logic, survey coverage, missingness, theme precision/recall, and prompt-injection controls.
4. Publish de-identified data or sufficient statistics, SQL/code, queue denominators, CSAT sample size, labeled theme sample, failures, and limitations.
5. Keep staffing and customer-contact decisions with accountable humans; do not rank individual agents from raw text.

A qualifying report must be authored outside InfiniSynapse, use independently controlled support data, expose reproducible calculations, and document privacy and analytical review. Running the first-party checker alone does not qualify.
