## What this file is

A downloadable record of a same-goal rerun on a monthly contribution pack. Last week used calendar month. This week’s first attempt used trailing 28 days. The reviewer rejected that grain shift and accepted a restated calendar-month rerun. It is **not** a named-logo customer case, a vendor bake-off, or a Turing Way / ACM / Stanford / McKinsey experiment.

## Four-step method (reproducible)

1. Bind last week’s standing goal on a read-only orders source plus a one-page contribution note (shipping passthrough excluded, marketplace excluded). Sanitize first.
2. Accept the first “contribution dropped” memo as the control. Score three checks: same goal named, same grain, same filters.
3. Restate the calendar-month grain. Walk plan → grain → filter → file. Score the same three checks.
4. Keep both artifacts side by side. Stop if the grain moved in silence.

## Source and goal

| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Sources | One orders table, about 8,305 fulfilled rows across two complete calendar months, plus a one-page contribution note |
| Standing goal | Monthly contribution on the orders source we already use, marketplace excluded |
| Contrast | Trailing-28-day first attempt vs calendar-month restatement |

## Results

| Retrieval state | Same goal named | Same grain | Same filters |
|---|---|---|---|
| First attempt (trailing 28 days) | 1 | 0 | 1 |
| True rerun (calendar month) | 1 | 1 | 1 |

Fulfilled rows on this run: 4,085 (last week, calendar month) vs 3,760 (first attempt, trailing 28 days) vs 4,220 (true rerun, calendar month). The unlabeled memo said “contribution dropped.” The restated grain named the collision: week replaced month. The reviewer rejected the first file and accepted the second.

Wall-clock for the successful comparison: about 8 minutes (warehouse time excluded). The clock started when the operator opened last week’s standing goal and ended when both plans, both filter lists, and both files sat in one folder.

## What you may cite

- Artifact counts 1/0/1 → 1/1/1, 4,085 vs 3,760 vs 4,220 rows, ~8,305 lines, ~8 min wall-clock, run ID
- First-party aggregate CSV and verify script next to this log (row check only; not a third-party audit)

## What you may not claim

- Customer uplift %, official EEAT score, named-logo case, or that Turing Way / ACM / CISA / NCSC / Stanford / McKinsey / Gartner / NIST / OWASP / WAIC scored this run
