## Procedure

1. Obtain lawful, authorized workforce data and disclose identity, affiliation, compensation, conflicts, and jurisdiction.
2. Remove direct identifiers and document whether remaining combinations can identify people.
3. Define voluntary attrition, average headcount denominator, periods, region, and tenure bands before calculation.
4. Publish code and aggregate results; suppress n under five and complementary cells that enable subtraction.
5. Test whether outputs expose individuals or support unsupported causal claims.
6. Report contradictory findings, privacy incidents, failed checks, and limitations.

## Acceptance criteria

A qualifying report must be authored outside InfiniSynapse, use data independent of the private composite, disclose conflicts, expose reproducible aggregate calculations, and publish privacy safeguards. Running the first-party CSV script alone does not qualify.
