1. Disclose identity, affiliation, compensation, conflicts, data rights, retailer type, OMS, carrier sources, currencies, and jurisdictions.
2. Freeze header/line grains, parent-key rule, quality dictionary, promise clock, time zone, return lag, tax rule, and exclusions.
3. Test duplicates, null promises, split shipments, replacements, orphan refunds, late records, and reconciliation against source totals.
4. Publish safe aggregates, query/code, denominators, uncertainty or sensitivity checks, failures, and limitations.
5. Hold restock, ranking, or customer actions until parent-key gaps and causal interpretation are independently reviewed.

A qualifying report must be authored outside InfiniSynapse, use independently controlled data, expose reproducible calculations, and document review. Running the first-party output checker alone does not qualify.
