The same five scenario pages remained: opex drivers, cash interest, gross margin, mapping review, and residual review. A new “strategic narrative” page was rejected because it was outside the stored goal.

Illustrative values were contractors +$360k, gross-margin price −$140k, mapping miss +$25k, residual $18k, and cash interest “in line.” These figures span different pack pages and must not be added as one variance total.
