# Desk log ISJ-SNAPSHOT-20260823

**Status:** First-party illustrative retail composite; not customer, WMS, order, accounting, benchmark, or independently audited data
**Run date:** 2026-08-23
**Evidence checked:** 2026-08-31
**Operator:** InfiniSynapse Data Team
**Attestor:** William Zhu, InfiniSynapse cofounder ([GitHub @allwefantasy](https://github.com/allwefantasy))

The operator compared a 2026-08-09 illustrative on-hand snapshot across three locations with a seven-day sales window. The output displayed 1,160 catalog SKUs, 81 sold SKUs without a snapshot row, nine sold at zero available, and four transfers mislabeled as sales. Auto-reorder and shortage ranking were held because orphan mapping and snapshot boundaries remained unresolved.

The [CSV](https://infinisynapse.com/blog-media/inventory-and-sales-join/downloads/sell-through-ISJ-SNAPSHOT-20260823.csv) exposes five aggregates and two held actions. The [verification script](https://infinisynapse.com/blog-media/inventory-and-sales-join/downloads/verify-ISJ-SNAPSHOT-20260823.py) checks displayed output only. Source rows, SKU identities, quantities, movement records, SQL, denominators, and reconciliations are unavailable.
