## What this file is

A downloadable record of a one-person chat versus a second-person bind on the same DACH rule. It documents the six-step method, input boundary, store counts, and artifact inventory. The companion [aggregate CSV](https://infinisynapse.com/blog-media/internal-knowledge-base-software/downloads/aggregate-KB-INTERNAL-DACH-20260822.csv) contains only the published aggregate rows—not the 8,900-row extract.

## Verification materials

**Independent reproduction:** No qualifying unaffiliated report was known as of 2026-08-31. The verify script checks only published rows and does not reproduce the private sanitized source or two-operator workflow.

## Six-step method (reproducible)

1. Pick one source both people are authorized to read. Prefer a replica or sanitized extract.
2. Write or export a small pack: a field dictionary and one signed report.
3. Upload the pack, then bind it to that source. Binding is a separate click from upload.
4. Ask one goal with that source selected—not a request for a SQL snippet.
5. Ask a second person to open the task artifacts and retrieve last week’s definition.
6. If they cannot find the pack, treat the product as personal until the bind and sharing are fixed.

## Source and goal

| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Source | Sanitized 8,900-row orders extract |
| Source grain | One row per sanitized store-period record |
| Source version | Fixed desk extract dated 2026-08-22 |
| Collision | Private Monday chat said “Germany includes DACH”; Thursday replay treated DE as Germany-only |
| Pack metadata | One-page DACH note plus last month’s signed pack; owner: InfiniSynapse Data Team |
| Bind mapping | Shared analysis pack ↔ authorized orders extract |
| Retrieval configuration | Bound-pack retrieval; configuration values not published |
| Unbound baseline | Same goal after the private chat, without a shared bind |
| Goal asked twice | “How many stores are in Germany this quarter?” |

## Store counts

| Retrieval state | Author (Mon) | Second person (Thu) |
|---|---|---|
| Private chat only | 5,400 (DACH) | 3,100 (DE only) |
| Bound shared pack | 5,400 | 5,400 |

Nothing in the extract changed. The shared bind changed who could find the rule. Wall-clock for the Thursday rerun was 14 minutes (warehouse time excluded).

## Task artifacts

| Retrieval state | SQL | Memo | Chart | CSV | Second-person match |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Private chat only | 1 | 0 | 0 | 0 | No |
| Bound shared pack | 1 | 1 | 2 | 1 | Yes |

## Minimum disclosure for independent replication

Disclose source grain, row count, and version; pack version; permissions and roles; bind mapping; two operator identities or pseudonymous roles; query and retrieval artifacts; model and prompt versions; all results and failures; run time; and any commercial conflict of interest. Publish confirming and conflicting results. Test both authorized access and denied access.

## What you may cite

- Grain, collision, 5,400 / 3,100 versus 5,400 / 5,400, artifact counts 1 / 1 / 2 / 1, second-person match No → Yes, run ID, ~14 min wall-clock

## What you may not claim

- Customer uplift, named-logo case, independent benchmark, certification, raw dataset, official EEAT score, or external validation
