## What this file is

A downloadable record of an IDE “pack ready” sentence that hid a failed bind versus first-party task review. Companions: [aggregate CSV](https://infinisynapse.com/blog-media/ide-vs-web-data-analysis/downloads/aggregate-IDE-WEB-TRAIL-20260822.csv) and [verify script](https://infinisynapse.com/blog-media/ide-vs-web-data-analysis/downloads/verify-IDE-WEB-TRAIL-20260822.py). The CSV contains two observations, not raw, source, customer, or third-party data.

## Six-step method

1. Record IDE/client, version, model, config, instructions, and permissions.
2. Issue separate scoped credentials without publishing values.
3. Record source authorization and snapshot identity.
4. Record goal, SQL constraints, task IDs, timestamps, status, and errors.
5. Hash SQL and artifacts; preserve failed and successful runs and wall-clock definition.
6. Run the reviewer download protocol and disclose conflicts of interest.

## Source and goal

| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Source | Read-only replica the desk is authorized to read |
| Goal asked twice | The same weekly pack |
| Contrast | IDE “pack ready” only vs open `/tasks` before done |

## Results

| Retrieval state | Confident sentence | Bind present | Memo + charts + CSV |
|---|---|---|---|
| IDE “pack ready” only | 1 | 0 | 0 |
| Open `/tasks` before done | 0 | 1 | 3 |

Wall-clock for the successful run: 20 minutes (warehouse time excluded).

No independent third-party reproduction or media evaluation was known as of 2026-08-28. Replication should disclose all six method fields above.
