1. Use a lawfully obtained synthetic or workforce workbook and disclose identity, affiliation, compensation, conflicts, jurisdiction, rights, and privacy review.
2. Inventory every sheet, hidden object, formula, named range, external link, and column before processing.
3. Predefine prohibited fields, retained fields, metric definitions, grain, exclusions, threshold, complement rule, and retention period.
4. Remove identifiers, free text, and lookup artifacts before upload; test whether retained combinations can identify people.
5. Publish safe code, aggregate outputs, failures, privacy incidents, and limitations without releasing personal data.

A qualifying report must be authored outside InfiniSynapse, use independent data, expose reproducible safe checks, and document re-identification testing. Running the first-party summary checker alone does not qualify.
