## What this file is

A downloadable record of a five-minute object pass on a paid-mix pack that claimed contribution was “flat.” The first pass stayed in the memo; the second opened the plan, the SQL, and the file. It is **not** a named-logo customer case, a vendor bake-off, or a Docker / GitHub / Stanford / McKinsey experiment.

## Four-step method (reproducible)

1. Bind a monthly paid-mix goal on a read-only orders source plus a paid-cost extract and a one-page contribution note (marketplace excluded). Sanitize first.
2. Accept the first “flat” memo as the control. Score three checks: plan opened, SQL opened, file opened.
3. Walk the same pack as objects: plan → SQL → intermediate table → file. Score the same three checks.
4. Keep both artifacts side by side. Stop if two of the three checks fail.

## Source and goal

| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Sources | One orders table plus a paid-cost extract, about 6,220 paid-order lines across two complete months, plus a one-page contribution note |
| Standing goal | Did paid mix move contribution last month |
| Contrast | Read-the-claim-only vs five-minute object pass |

## Results

| Retrieval state | Plan opened | SQL opened | File opened |
|---|---|---|---|
| Read the claim only | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Five-minute object pass | 1 | 1 | 1 |

Paid orders on this run: 3,040 (prior month) vs 3,180 (later month). The unlabeled memo said “flat.” The object pass named the collision: paid social remapped mid-month and the first statement treated the remap as the same channel. The reviewer rejected the first file and accepted the second.

Wall-clock for the successful pass: 5 minutes (warehouse time excluded). The clock started when the operator opened the standing goal and ended when the plan, the SQL, and the file sat in one folder.

## What you may cite

- Artifact counts 0/0/0 → 1/1/1, 3,040 vs 3,180 paid orders, ~6,220 lines, 5 min wall-clock, run ID
- First-party aggregate CSV and verify script next to this log (row check only; not a third-party audit)

## What you may not claim

- Customer uplift %, official EEAT score, named-logo case, or that Docker / GitHub / Zendesk / Google Analytics / Stanford / McKinsey / Gartner / NIST / OWASP / WAIC scored this run
