1. Disclose identity, affiliation, compensation, conflicts, system ownership, data rights, and operational authority.
2. Freeze source product/version, view, export timestamp, hash, schema, ticket grain, status mapping, SLA clock, pending rule, reopen rule, queues, exclusions, and write paths.
3. Test duplicates, schema drift, status history, denominator completeness, age and clock calculations, reopen linkage, missingness, intervals, and sensitivity.
4. Publish de-identified data or sufficient statistics, SQL/code, hashes, denominators, exclusions, failures, privacy review, and limitations.
5. Verify through independently controlled logs that the live helpdesk remained the only write path.
