## Procedure

1. Disclose identity, professional role, affiliation, compensation, conflicts, and data rights.
2. On separate authorized finance data, publish the definitions for account rollup, close cutoff, and budget version.
3. Name the human owner and approver for each definition; record dates and subsequent changes.
4. Bind the definitions before calculation and publish source hashes, query code, joins, outputs, and exclusions.
5. Report whether the analysis followed each signed definition and identify silent recasts.
6. Publish confirming and conflicting results, limitations, and non-sensitive artifacts.

## Acceptance criteria

A qualifying report must be authored outside InfiniSynapse, disclose conflicts, use data independent of the private composite, expose reproducible calculations, and report deviations. Running the first-party CSV script or repeating the fictional controller role does not qualify as an external practitioner endorsement.
