## Experience and arithmetic record

The controller role signed three scenario definitions: opex rollup, books-closed-plus-two cutoff, and Budget v3. The operator bound them to a read-only composite before asking for August opex drivers.

Illustrative total drivers were contractors +$270k, cloud +$80k, travel −$30k, and mapping miss +$25k: net +$345k. The operator rejected “mix” because the signed map required the mapping miss to remain explicit. A second pass excluded $60k of capitalized labor according to the signed opex rule; the exclusion is not part of the +$345k driver sum.
