## Accuracy and experience record

The desk replayed three stored controller-role questions for August 2026 against Budget v3: opex drivers, gross-margin drivers, and cash interest. The first narrative added unsupported “seasonality,” so the operator rejected it. A second pass joined the vendor extract and isolated two new vendors as an illustrative $180k component of the $310k contractor variance.

The retained memo used the same cutoff, budget version, questions, rollup note, and operating extracts as the prior-period template. This documents the review decision; it does not establish that a customer, another controller, or an independent analyst obtained the same result.
