1. Disclose identity, affiliation, compensation, conflicts, data rights, experiment context, and decision authority.
2. Pre-register assignment unit, eligibility, expected allocation, primary, guardrails, horizon, estimand, peeking rule, and CUPED state.
3. Test uniqueness, SRM, timing, missingness, attrition, metric definitions, look history, and covariate leakage.
4. Publish de-identified data or sufficient statistics, SQL/code, unadjusted and adjusted intervals, exclusions, sensitivities, failures, and limitations.
5. Publish a signed ship/hold/iterate decision separately from the model-generated recommendation.

A qualifying report must be authored outside InfiniSynapse, use independently controlled assignment and outcome data, expose reproducible calculations, and document statistical review. Running the first-party checker alone does not qualify.
