1. Disclose identity, affiliation, compensation, conflicts, data rights, product context, and decision authority.
2. Pre-register unit, eligibility, expected allocation, assignment time, primary, guardrails, window, estimand, stopping rule, and optional CUPED.
3. Test uniqueness, dual exposure, SRM, balance, missingness, attrition, pre-assignment outcomes, clock skew, and metric integrity.
4. Publish de-identified data or sufficient statistics, SQL/code, intervals, look history, sensitivity checks, exclusions, failures, and limitations.
5. Preserve the frozen design; label unplanned slices exploratory and keep decisions with an accountable human.

A qualifying report must be authored outside InfiniSynapse, use independently controlled assignment and outcome data, expose reproducible calculations, and document statistical review. Running the first-party checker alone does not qualify.
