## What this file is

A downloadable record of forwarding a weekly exception screenshot, then taking the workspace pack that still held the memo, the CSV, and the test-account exclusion. It is **not** a named-logo customer case, a vendor bake-off, or an Iceberg / Hive / Stanford / McKinsey experiment.

## Four-step method (reproducible)

1. Bind a weekly exception goal on a read-only operations-adjacent source plus a one-page definition note locking “variance” and “test account.” Sanitize first.
2. Request a Markdown memo, two charts, and a CSV of SKUs that moved more than 8% versus plan.
3. Forward the preview chart as a screenshot. Score three checks: exclusion in the handoff, CSV totals match the memo, files on the reviewer’s disk.
4. Download the workspace pack and score the same three checks. Keep first and second artifacts side by side.
