## What this file is

A downloadable record of two passes on a 9:00 late-ship stand-up pack. The first pass stayed in a Slack caption with no promise clock. The second named the clock, opened the site filter, and opened the file. It is **not** a named-logo customer case, a vendor bake-off, or a Wikipedia / Gartner / Stanford / McKinsey / NIST / OWASP experiment.

## Four-step method (reproducible)

1. Bind a late-ship goal on a 6:00 orders extract plus a one-page note (marketplace included, same promise-time clock). Sanitize first.
2. Accept the first Slack caption as the control. Score three checks: clock named, site filter opened, file opened.
3. Walk the same goal as objects: decision → clock → site filter → file. Score the same three checks.
4. Keep both artifacts side by side. Stop if two of the three checks fail.

## Source and goal

| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Sources | 6:00 orders extract, about 1,840 shipped rows across yesterday and this morning, plus a one-page note that locked late ship as orders past promise time (marketplace included, same clock) |
| Standing goal | Which warehouse drove the late-ship count this morning versus yesterday, same promise-time clock |
| Contrast | No promise clock vs same clock on existing source |

## Results

| Retrieval state | Clock named | Site filter opened | File opened |
|---|---|---|---|
| No promise clock | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Same clock on existing source | 1 | 1 | 1 |

Late ships on this run: 61 (yesterday) vs 92 (this morning). Warehouse West contributed 24 of the increase. Marketplace orders were included. The lead added a shift only at West—not across the network.

Wall-clock for the successful pass: about 5 minutes (warehouse time excluded). The clock started when the operator opened the standing goal and ended when the restated grain, the site filter, and the file sat in one folder.

## What you may cite

- Artifact counts 0/0/0 → 1/1/1, 61 vs 92 late ships, West +24, ~1,840 shipped rows on this run, ~5 min wall-clock, run ID
- First-party aggregate CSV and verify script next to this log (row check only; not a third-party audit)

## What you may not claim

- Customer uplift %, official EEAT score, named-logo case, or that Wikipedia / Gartner / Stanford / McKinsey / NIST / OWASP / NCSC / WAIC scored this run
