1. Disclose identity, affiliation, compensation, conflicts, survey ownership, data rights, and operational authority.
2. Freeze survey wording, scale, eligibility denominator, send/return windows, lag rule, ticket join, queue filters, theme rules, exclusions, and minimum n.
3. Test duplicate responses, orphan joins, nonresponse, missingness, mixed scales, weighting, tiny subgroups, distribution shape, intervals, and sensitivity to lag and theme definitions.
4. Publish de-identified data or sufficient statistics, instrument, SQL/code, denominators, distributions, intervals, exclusions, failures, and limitations.
5. Keep staffing, customer contact, and agent evaluation with accountable humans.

A qualifying report must be authored outside InfiniSynapse, use independently controlled survey data, expose reproducible calculations, and document survey-method and privacy review. Running the first-party checker alone does not qualify.
