## What this file is

A downloadable record of a weekly pack started through a configured client and audited in `/tasks`. It documents the six-step method, artifact counts, and ~20-minute wall-clock. Companions: [aggregate CSV](https://infinisynapse.com/blog-media/claude-code-data-analysis/downloads/aggregate-CC-IDE-PACK-20260822.csv) and [verify script](https://infinisynapse.com/blog-media/claude-code-data-analysis/downloads/verify-CC-IDE-PACK-20260822.py). The CSV contains only the two published observations. No independent reproduction was known as of 2026-08-28.

## Six-step method (reproducible)

1. Create an API key in the task console. Store it in a local, gitignored env file.
2. Install `agent_infini` and enable the Skill.
3. Confirm `db ls` shows only authorized sources.
4. State a standing goal from the configured client—not “write me the join.”
5. Open ALL TASKS and confirm the task steps, status, SQL, and artifacts.
6. Enable bound retrieval when required, replay, and let a teammate audit the same task.

## Source and goal

| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Source | Read-only Postgres replica the desk is authorized to read |
| Client/version | Configured IDE client; exact vendor build not preserved |
| CLI/Skill | First-party `agent_infini` interface; version/hash not preserved |
| Permissions | Read-only source; local shell/tool invocation configured by operator |
| Goal asked twice | “same ops pack as last week” |
| Start | Monday IDE / CLI `task new` |
| Task/run ID | `CC-IDE-PACK-20260822` (sanitized desk identifier) |
| Command timestamps/artifact hashes | Not preserved; required for an independent replication |

## Task artifacts

| Retrieval state | SQL plan | Markdown memo | Charts | CSV extract |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| IDE terminal only | 1 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Shared task workspace | 1 | 1 | 2 | 1 |

Wall-clock for the shared-workspace run: 20 minutes (warehouse time excluded).

## Minimum disclosure for independent replication

Disclose client/version, CLI/Skill version or hash, source type and permissions, goal, task/run ID, commands and timestamps, task steps/status, SQL and artifact hashes, terminal-only baseline, all outputs/failures, wall clock, and conflicts of interest.

The second week, the same goal went out again. The definitions held because the knowledge base was already bound.

## What you may cite

- Artifact counts, ~20 min wall-clock, run ID, teammate audit in `/tasks`

## What you may not claim

- Customer uplift, speedup, named-logo case, vendor test, certification, independent benchmark, or third-party validation
