## What this file is

A downloadable record of two passes on a Tuesday stand-up sentence. The first pass stayed in a Slack caption with no grain named. The second wrote the meeting sentence first, named the grain, and opened the file. It is **not** a named-logo customer case, a vendor bake-off, or a Wikipedia / Gartner / Stanford / McKinsey / NIST / OWASP experiment.

## Four-step method (reproducible)

1. Bind a weekly return-unit goal on a Monday returns export plus a one-page note (marketplace included, Warehouse West). Sanitize first.
2. Accept the first Slack caption as the control. Score three checks: sentence written, grain named, file opened.
3. Walk the same goal as a spoken sentence: decision → grain → filter → file. Score the same three checks.
4. Keep both artifacts side by side. Stop if two of the three checks fail.

## Source and goal

| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Sources | Monday returns export, about 1,050 return units across two complete weeks in Warehouse West, plus a one-page note that locked return units (marketplace included, same warehouse) |
| Standing sentence | Which SKU group drove the return-unit spike this week versus last week in Warehouse West |
| Contrast | No grain named vs meeting sentence first |

## Results

| Retrieval state | Sentence written | Grain named | File opened |
|---|---|---|---|
| No grain named | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Meeting sentence first | 1 | 1 | 1 |

Return units on this run: 410 (last week) vs 640 (this week). One bundle group contributed 180 of the increase. Marketplace returns were included. The lead kept the pause on that bundle only—not the whole category.

Wall-clock for the successful pass: about 5 minutes (warehouse time excluded). The clock started when the operator wrote the standing sentence and ended when the restated grain, the filter list, and the file sat in one folder.

## What you may cite

- Artifact counts 0/0/0 → 1/1/1, 410 vs 640 return units, one bundle +180, ~1,050 lines on this run, ~5 min wall-clock, run ID
- First-party aggregate CSV and verify script next to this log (row check only; not a third-party audit)

## What you may not claim

- Customer uplift %, official EEAT score, named-logo case, or that Wikipedia / Gartner / Stanford / McKinsey / NIST / OWASP / Snowflake / WAIC scored this run
