1. Disclose identity, affiliation, compensation, conflicts, accounting role, data rights, and recognition basis.
2. Freeze paying cohort, invoice and service periods, prepaid spread, recurring eligibility, one-time exclusions, credits, refunds, customer key, currency, and restatement policy.
3. Test duplicates, annual prepay, unmatched credits, cancellations, upgrades, taxes, FX, period cutoffs, and run-rate sensitivity.
4. Publish de-identified data or sufficient statistics, SQL/code, contracts or policy evidence, reconciliations, failures, approvals, and limitations.
5. Keep accounting and board-reporting decisions with accountable finance leaders.

A qualifying report must be authored outside InfiniSynapse, use independently controlled billing data, and expose reproducible calculations. Running the first-party checker alone does not qualify.
