1. Disclose identity, affiliation, compensation, conflicts, data rights, systems, product context, and decision authority.
2. Freeze unit, eligibility, expected allocation, assignment timestamp, outcome windows, ITT/exposed estimands, primary CASE, guardrails, and exclusions.
3. Test uniqueness, dual exposure, SRM, missingness, clock skew, pre-assignment outcomes, orphan events, inner-versus-left joins, and metric drift.
4. Publish de-identified data or sufficient statistics, both SQL queries, intervals, code, reconciliation, sensitivity checks, failures, and limitations.
5. Reject first-event assignment proxies unless independently justified; keep ship/hold/iterate with an accountable human.

A qualifying report must be authored outside InfiniSynapse, use independently controlled assignment and outcome data, expose reproducible calculations, and document statistical review. Running the first-party checker alone does not qualify.
