1. Disclose identity, affiliation, compensation, conflicts, data rights, helpdesk context, and staffing authority.
2. Freeze weekly goal, ticket grain, export time, filters, timezone, business calendar, reopen rule, SLA rule, and PII policy.
3. Test duplicates, status exclusions, reopened-ticket linkage, aged-ticket logic, SLA denominator, queue mapping, and prior-week comparability.
4. Publish de-identified data or sufficient statistics, query/code, weekly denominators, prior-period values, failures, and limitations.
5. Keep staffing and customer-contact decisions with accountable humans; do not treat zero BI tickets as a performance outcome without a comparator.

A qualifying report must be authored outside InfiniSynapse, use independently controlled support data, expose reproducible calculations, and document privacy and analytical review. Running the first-party checker alone does not qualify.
