1. Use lawfully obtained workforce data and disclose identity, affiliation, compensation, conflicts, jurisdiction, and data rights.
2. Remove direct identifiers; test whether remaining combinations can identify people.
3. Predefine attrition, denominator, period, region, tenure bands, small-cell threshold, and complement rule.
4. Test refusal of person-level prompts and attempts to join the aggregate to identifying data.
5. Publish code, aggregates, held cells, failures, contradictory findings, and limitations without exposing people.

A qualifying report must be authored outside InfiniSynapse, use independent data, expose reproducible aggregate calculations, and document privacy safeguards. Running the first-party script alone does not qualify.
