## What “on file” means

- **PR-000** is the standing public call for external peers; it is already a substantive archive record (scope, acceptance criteria, corrections policy).  
- **PR-001** is a named internal attestation with a pass/fail checklist and the July 2026 desk-log numbers (including chart-generator re-run stability **6/24**). It strengthens accountability; it does **not** convert desk scores into an independent benchmark.  
- **PR-002–PR-004** stay blank until an external party submits. The first accepted submission replaces the blank row with attribution, date, agree/contradict flag, and permalink.

## Invitation summary (for external peers)

Accepting:

1. Independent re-run against published seed rules + 24-prompt log.  
2. Written methodology critique (with or without new scores).  
3. Public summary of a commissioned third-party audit of this fixture.
