## What this file is

A downloadable record of asking for a weekly contribution pack as a chat paragraph versus as a workspace report, then regenerating after the test-account exclusion was stated in the memo and in the call. It is **not** a named-logo customer case, a vendor bake-off, or a Protocol Buffers / Apache / Stanford / McKinsey experiment.

## Four-step method (reproducible)

1. Bind a weekly contribution goal on a read-only finance-adjacent source plus a one-page definition note. Sanitize first.
2. Request a Markdown memo, a PDF copy, two charts, a CSV of SKUs that moved more than 8% versus plan, and a call on whether to reopen pricing for the top three SKUs.
3. Count files in the chat paragraph versus the workspace pack. Open the memo, the CSV, the SQL, and the written call side by side.
4. Re-run the same goal with an explicit “state the exclusion in the memo and in the call” instruction. Compare the two packs.

## Source and goal

| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Sources | One weekly fact table, about 16,200 order lines, plus a one-page definition note locking “contribution” and “test account” |
| Standing goal | Weekly contribution memo: top drivers versus plan, with SQL, an exceptions CSV of SKUs over 8% versus plan, and a call on pricing |
| Contrast | Chat paragraph vs workspace report pack, then re-run after the exclusion was stated |

## Results

| Retrieval state | Markdown + PDF | Charts | CSV of SKUs >8% |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chat paragraph | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Workspace report pack | 2 | 2 | 1 |

Wall-clock for the successful re-run: 11 minutes (warehouse time excluded). The clock started when the operator opened the standing goal and ended when both packs sat side by side with the memo, the CSV, the SQL, and the written call open.
