1. Disclose identity, affiliation, compensation, conflicts, data rights, CMS and assignment systems, product context, and decision authority.
2. Pre-register unit, eligibility, expected allocation, primary, guardrails, horizon or sequential rule, estimand, and optional CUPED covariate.
3. Test assignment uniqueness, exposure timing, SRM, missingness, balance, interference, attrition, latency instrumentation, and post-treatment leakage.
4. Publish de-identified data or sufficient statistics, SQL/code, intervals, multiplicity treatment, look history, sensitivity checks, failures, and limitations.
5. Record ship, hold, or iterate with an accountable human and preserve the frozen design.

A qualifying report must be authored outside InfiniSynapse, use independently controlled assignment and outcome data, expose reproducible calculations, and document statistical review. Running the first-party checker alone does not qualify.
